Do I have to Clean it?
Yes!  One last time!  Wash that vase & vacuum that shade, dust it, break out the soap and hot water.  Make it sparkle and say "Buy Me!"  

What do you take? 
A lot!  We consign indoor & outdoor furniture of all kinds as well as home decor and accessories.  Things like Lamps  (have working bulbs and undamaged cord & shade), Mirrors, Plant Stands, Sculpture, Current Art and Wall Decor, Clocks, Bookends, Vases, Faux Plants and Trees, Throw Pillows, New and like new small appliances (air fryer, blender, etc), Unique items, Select collectibles, Mid-century Modern, Vintage, and Antiques on a case by case basis.  Our shoppers prefer newer merchandise in bright colors, as well as trendy vintage items in good condition.  
 
Due to lack of demand we don’t consign wall units, armoires, bronze and dark 90's-2000's decor, rugs, mattress’, photo frames or albums, clear glass/crystal, china, silverware, collectible plates, dolls, linens, bedding, curtains, wall sconces, clothing, jewelry, handbags, or anything dusty, dirty, chipped, repaired, missing parts, or damaged / pet damaged. 

How do we get it there?
Furniture: Once we've reviewed the pictures you've sent over (btnlongwood@aol.com or text 407-279-1511) we'll contact you to make an appointment. Or pre-approved small furniture items can be included at the time of your decor appointment - remember you make that appointment for home decor yourself (see Home Decor section above).

A. Bring it in yourself!  Use your vehicle or borrow a willing friend or neighbor to help.  Our clients have also rented a U-Haul Truck or Trailer with good results

B. Schedule a Pick up  Available for qualified consignments and estates - fee applies.  Send the following details to get a quote:
1.  Photos of furniture to consign - the more the merrier! If you have them to sell, remember to also include patio furniture, garage organizers, hat racks, plant stands, etc
2. Address for pick up
3. Let us know if it's on the ground floor or list items that are upstairs with the details of which floor and stairs or elevator, etc.

Note: Please do not contact us about items for sale online or in estate sales.  Sorry we don’t offer clean-out services for items left after sales.  We recommend donation to The Sharing Center, Teen Challenge, and Mustard Seed, among other good local charities. 

How do you price it? 
We use our database with 15+ years of Central Florida sales, and consider age, brand, condition, and comparable value research to determine price.  It's part of the service we offer our clients.  Sorry we can't speculate on pricing in advance or from photos.  We take it seriously so you don't have to and price furniture in the store, after it's been inspected and researched, usually within a few days.

What are the Terms?
Our clients enjoy a 50/50 sales split and 90 day contract.  The best items sell very quickly!  If there is an unsold item, you may take it back (days 90-100) or allow us to donate/dispose of it.  Payment is available as soon as it sells!
